Dispensary participation fee: Every dispensary participating in the summit must pay the dispensary vendor fee: $500 for one day or $800 for both days. The fee applies whether or not the dispensary requests or uses an exhibit table.

Non-Cannabis Vendor Guidelines

The $100-per-day non-cannabis vendor fee includes one 6-foot exhibit table and two admission tickets.
An 8-foot table may be requested for an additional $50.
Non-cannabis vendors may bring, display, sell or give away approved merchandise and services.
Non-cannabis vendors may not bring, display, sell, gift or distribute cannabis products in any form.
All merchandise and displays remain subject to KSC approval, venue policies and applicable law.

Exhibitor Participation & Compliance

Cultivators and manufacturers are expected to arrive ready for meaningful product education and business-to-business engagement. KSC is asking participating brands to plan for the following, subject to all New Jersey cannabis regulations, license restrictions, venue rules and KSC’s written event compliance procedure:

Industry sample gifting: Where legally permitted and approved in writing, prepare samples intended as gifts for participating cultivators, manufacturers, dispensaries and eligible registered guests. Samples may not be sold, transferred or distributed outside the approved procedure.
Branded merchandise: Bring apparel, promotional items or other brand merchandise. Each exhibitor may choose whether to sell merchandise, give it away or use both options, subject to applicable rules.
Business information: Provide brochures, one-sheets, product education, company history, contact information and other materials attendees can review and keep.
Menu or product catalog: Create a clear menu, line sheet or catalog showing available products, formats, wholesale or ordering information, and the proper licensed channel through which qualified clients may place orders.

Before bringing cannabis products or planning any sample activity, email kannabissolutionsclub@gmail.com and request the Kannabis Solutions Summit compliance instructions. Submission of this application does not authorize cannabis sales, transfers, consumption or distribution at the event.

Payment Terms & Agreement

Vendor space is limited and participation is subject to KSC approval.
All participating dispensaries owe the dispensary vendor fee ($500 for one day or $800 for both days), even if they do not request or use a table.
Additional tables beyond the table included in the selected package cost $100 each and require KSC approval and available space.
Approved vendors must pay 100% of the confirmed balance to reserve their space.
Payments are non-refundable after 14 days from payment.
If a refund is approved within 14 days, a $100 processing fee is retained.
All vendors must comply with New Jersey cannabis laws, venue policies and event rules.
Zelle payment instructions are provided after approval. Do not submit payment before receiving confirmation from KSC.
